1. Delivery Methods
a. Software Solutions / Digital Services
Delivery is made via secure digital channels such as email, cloud storage, or client portals.

Access credentials or installation packages will be shared after project completion or milestone approval.

b. Hardware Components (if applicable)
Shipped via trusted logistics partners.

Tracking details will be provided once the dispatch is complete.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, availability, and import/export conditions.

c. On-Site Installations / Integrations
Scheduled in coordination with the client.

A project manager or engineer will visit the location if required.

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timeframes are discussed and agreed upon during the project initiation phase.

Timelines may vary based on project complexity, customization, or third-party dependencies.

We strive to meet deadlines and inform clients promptly of any unavoidable delays.

3. Delays in Delivery
Neuro Grid shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Incomplete or delayed inputs from the client.

Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political instability.

Unexpected issues with third-party vendors or suppliers.

In case of delays, revised timelines will be shared after mutual agreement.

4. Delivery Confirmation
For software, delivery is confirmed once credentials, files, or access links are handed over and acknowledged by the client.

For hardware, delivery is confirmed via courier tracking or physical acknowledgment (e.g., delivery note or email confirmation).

For on-site work, a sign-off or deployment report is considered confirmation.

5. Support After Delivery
All deliveries are followed by a standard post-delivery support period, as defined in your service agreement or contract. During this time, we assist with troubleshooting, user onboarding, and system testing as required.
